This hummus recipe takes on a great twist of the traditional version.
2 cups cooked chickpeas (remove skins for a real smooth texture)
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup tahini paste
1 TBSP Curry Powder or Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Chilli Powder
1-2 TBSP Olive Oil
6 TBSP Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor, adding water or more oil to create the desired consistency. Adjust the salt and spice to your liking and enjoy!
