I’ve encountered many a cuppa chai thus far, and I’ve found my morning asana teacher makes the best chai all around- spicy, fresh, not too sweet (according to your taste) see the recipe here (thanks to cara, my class mate, for recording the recipe):
This should make 1 full cup of chai.
The milk to water ratio can change depending on your dietary preferences.
Also, you need to grind the ingredients by hand before adding them to the water (Dry ingredients crushed first, then ginger 2nd).
I don’t know how long it was boiled once the milk was added. Probably no more than 1 or 2 minutes.
